Manager – Digital Marketing (IVF Centers)

Role:

Drive patient leads and conversions for IVF centers through performance marketing and digital growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run Google, Meta & YouTube ad campaigns for IVF/IUI services
  • Generate and optimize high-quality leads at low CPL
  • Improve lead → consultation → IVF conversion rates
  • Manage content, brand visibility, and online reputation
  • Track ROI, analytics, and campaign performance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in digital/performance marketing (healthcare preferred)
  • Strong expertise in paid ads and analytics
  • Experience in lead-driven businesses

KPIs:

  • Leads, CPL, conversion rate, ROI, revenue growth.
