We are seeking a Digital Marketing Project Manager who is passionate about driving our AI-led transformation and turning marketing strategy into scalable, high-impact execution. In this role, you will manage global client engagements and internal initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and above expectations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of omnichannel digital marketing projects—including email, web, paid media, analytics, and automationTranslate strategic business goals into structured project plans, sprint schedules, and operational workflowsCollaborate with strategy consultants, developers, creatives, and platform specialists to execute integrated marketing initiativesServe as the central coordination point across marketing automation, CRM/CDP, analytics, and related service linesTrack project KPIs, monitor milestones, manage stakeholder communication, and proactively mitigate risksIdentify opportunities to streamline operations and improve delivery efficiency and consistencyDrive process maturity through governance standards, QA practices, documentation, and reusable delivery templatesMentor project specialists and cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirements:
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or related environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects involving campaign operations, automation workflows, CRM/CDP integrations, and performance reportingHands-on familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation and CRM toolsStrong understanding of sprint planning, agile delivery models, and cross-functional coordination
