  • Responsible for managing the successful end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives within the Digital Guest Experience (DGX) Programme.
  • Ensures digital products and services are delivered efficiently effectively and to high standards using agile methodologies.
  • Bridges business technology and guest experience teams to deliver user-focused data‑driven solutions aligned with the Guest Masterplan.
  • Collaborates closely with multiple stakeholders to scope plan and manage digital product delivery.
  • Ensures all deliverables enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience and support long‑term digital transformation.
  • Leads and coordinates cross‑functional teams, manages third‑party vendors and drives agile ceremonies.
