Job Title: Manager – Diligence for Multiple Openings

Job Description:
Your day-to-day will include:
+ Leverage data skills to extract, clean and analyze large financial data sets from ERP systems while working within the Quality of Earning Analyses.
+ Employ knowledge of information systems to assess tech clients on either buy or sell side.
+ Review systems analysis and design to perform information technology project management tasks and perform data visualization tasks.
+ Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle and coordinate other company capabilities by leveraging the expertise of other service lines, cross-functional teams, and international colleagues as needed.
+ Plan, execute, direct and complete financial due diligence for financial and corporate strategic buyers from a variety of industries.
+ Examine and analyze client data to identify key trends, quality of earnings adjustments and net working capital impacts.
+ Draft reports to socialize our findings around quality of earnings, net working capital and business performance along with insights around the key financial and business issues in a transaction.
+ Manage client expectations concerning timing, progress, deliverables, deadlines, and lead change efforts effectively.
+ Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
+ Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls.
+ Recruit, manage, mentor, and train Senior Associates and Associates.
+ Assess performance of Senior Associates and Associates for engagement and year-end reviews.
+ Supervises 2-4 direct reports – Senior Associates, Associates.
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
+ Requirement – Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field, or the foreign degree equivalent.
+ Relevant experience – 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Senior Associate, Associate, Assurance Executive, or alternate acceptable related occupation.
+ Work experience must have included: (1) US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, transaction advisory services, or mergers and acquisitions; (2) Performing accounting, audit, or transaction advisory services for cross-industry clients at an international level; (3) Leveraged buyout (LBO) models used for M&A transactions; (4) data analysis tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Access, and other platforms to assess the financial performance and financial position of companies in a variety of industries; (5) analyzing operating data to deliver real time observations, insights, and risk areas; (6) Utilizing QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop software to create reports, extract general ledger data, and track individual transactions of a business; (7) IFRS accounting standards and ISA (International Standards on Auditing); and (8) extracting, cleaning and analyzing large financial data sets.
+ CPA License (U.S. or other jurisdiction) required.
+ 10-20% domestic travel required for client meeting and projects to manage client engagement.
+ Teleworking permitted.
Compensation for role: $155,881 – $165,000 per year
