About the role

The Manager Disability & Access Services is responsible for leading and managing team / s of specialists / professionals across assigned locations in the delivery of contemporary best practice services for students with disability ensuring a strong culture of agility and across team collaboration supports achievement of educational reasonable adjustments, positive student experience and quality teaching and learning outcomes. Each role also acts as a statewide centre-point for disability specialty area / s as assigned, providing advice and guidance on policy, practices, and issues resolution pertaining to that specialty area.

The role leads operations improvements across service teams and works collaboratively at the management level to optimise and strengthen access and referral pathways throughout the statewide network ensuring customers are provided with the highest standard of consistent, integrated support.
