to join our

Due Diligence Team.

What the role involves:
Planning and executing buy-side & sell-side financial due diligence engagements
Analysing financial statements, quality of earnings, net debt, working capital & cash flows
Identifying key business risks, deal drivers, and value considerations
Preparing due diligence reports, databooks, and client presentations
Leading teams of 2 - 5 members and working closely with Partners
Coordinating with tax, valuation, legal & audit teams on integrated assignments
Supporting business development and client pitches
