Your Tasks

This role sits at the intersection of business management and analytics. The core mandate is to connect the dots across eCommerce levers: sales, traffic, conversion, availability, content, media, and profitability, so leadership and cross-functional partners can make faster, better-informed decisions. In addition, this role assumes direct responsibility for managing and driving performance for a defined portion of the Amazon Canada business, in close partnership with, and reporting into, the Sr. eCommerce Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Unified eCommerce Performance Ownership
    • Own the integrated performance view across Amazon, Omnichannel, Performance Marketing, and Digital Shelf
    • Translate complex, multi-source data into clear business insights and priorities
    • Act as the primary performance thought partner to eCommerce, Marketing, Sales, and Finance leaders
