1.Implement GHS & EMS audit system in plant
2.Compliance & implement of all Mandatory MSRs- & MERs
3.Execute & implement Five Key element of Absolute safety ex: LOTO, HOT work, Machine Safeties , PIV & No Smoking Policy, also working at height, Electrical safety, vehicle safety,etc
4. Prepare Risk Assessment, JSA HSE Plan ,on Site Emergency Plan etc & conduct Emergency Mock drill 6 monthly.
5. Ensure & implement the SOPs & OCP of Safety & environment.
6. Ensure & Implement ISO 14001;2004 Requirements.
7. Conduct safety orientation/induction to all new Contractors & staff as per induction Guideline.
8.Organizes Training on wheel of absolute safety on shop floor.
9. Educate & aware educate all Employee regarding EHS by organizing various EHS awareness program.
10. Implement Contractors safety management system.
11. Communicate EHS to all employees through newsletters, Safety Alerts etc.
12. Implement Fire Safety management system in Plant. Including Fire Training etc
13.Organizes EHS Companies & program i.e safety week celebration, Environment day celebration, & fire safety week etc.
14. Conduct Shop floor EHS audit as per Audit schedule weekly, fortnightly & monthly by deploying EHS team & email to concern.
15. Conduct Monthly EHS committee meeting, Prepare MOM & take regular Follow Up.
16. Administration of First Aid.
17. Maintain Master List of ISO & Global health & safety document.
18. Compliance legal Requirements as per factory Act applicable to Goodyear Plant.
19. Lisioning with regulatory authority for compliance of all Environmental statutory requirements of ETP, stack emission, water cess, Consent to operate, Environmental Reports etc.
20.Responsible for Layered Process Audit.
21.Ensuring the day to day jobs & linkage to the environment & impact on environment.
22. Maintain & implement of EHS Regional Plan & follow up.
23. Follow Up with EHS Capex with engg & sent report to region monthly.
24. Investigate Incidents & implement CAPA .
25. Deploy & Delegate EHS Team & their job responsibility effectively.
26. Implement Emergency response & fire prevention system in plant.
27. Implement & execute waste management plan.
28 Implement Ergonomics management system at workplace, ex: Brief & Best study.etc
29.Ensure Environmental spillage to be control, waste minimization and reduce recycle reuse.
30.Accountable for the Incidents taking place in the Plant.
