Overview

Kerry Consulting is working with an established industrial organisation to appoint a Manager, Electrification Program , supporting continued growth across industrial electrification, sustainability, and energy transition initiatives.

This position blends engineering credibility, commercial ownership, and programme execution. You will lead initiatives from early customer discussions and solution shaping through to project delivery, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes and sustainability impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall electrification programme roadmap, coordinating technical, commercial, and delivery priorities across multiple workstreams
• Translate customer needs into practical electrification solutions, shaping offerings across electrification, sustainability, and digital/analytics-enabled services
