Position: Manager – Engineering (Manufacturing, EPC) Recruitment - Remote (Preferably Bangalore OR Chennai OR Hyderabad)

Role Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Recruitment Manager to lead a team of 2-5 senior recruiters handling end-to-end hiring for Non-IT engineering domains. The role demands good technical understanding (Engineering concepts), strong people leadership, client management skills, and the ability to drive high-performance delivery using data-driven insights.

• Lead & Mentor: Manage, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet and exceed revenue and delivery targets.
