Oversee Facilities Mechanical, Rollingstock, and Carpentry Maintenance Operations at all Facilities.Provide leadership to Planners and Engineers, to ensure they are properly trained to efficiently perform their tasks and maintain a safe working environment.Work with various functional areas in evaluating existing processes and identifying process improvement opportunities to drive business results (. cost reductions, operational efficiencies, adequate controls).Ensure employees in functional areas follow established procedures and generate finished work products on schedule and within budgetary constraints while ensuring customer expectations are met.Administer Collective Bargaining Agreement, working with the representatives of BMDA.Ensure all work performed is done in compliance with local state and federal regulatory guidelines.Implement the manning resource ...
