Manager - Engineering

Lead and manage all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations across the plant. Drive equipment reliability, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. Manage team development, cross-functional coordination, and regulatory compliance to support business goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee mechanical, electrical, automation, control, and instrumentation activities across the plant.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Plan, budget, and execute CAPEX projects, including engineering upgrades and Industry 4.0 adoption.
• Monitor process costs and OEE; implement cost-effective improvements.
• Manage inventory, manpower, and performance tracking systems for optimal efficiency.
