What You’ll Do
The Manager of Enterprise Solutions will lead the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics and transportation solutions for enterprise customers across Mexico and Latin America. This role is pivotal in supporting the company’s growth in time-critical and high-value logistics sectors, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, operational capability, and customer requirements. He directly reports into the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical logistics expertise with commercial acumen and cross‑functional leadership to deliver best‑in‑class, customer‑specific supply chain solutions.

What You’ll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain design — ideally with focus on time‑critical or expedited solutions.
- Strong background in solution engineering, process design, or project implementation within global freight forwarding or 3PL environments.
- Proven experience in cost modeling, RFQ/RFP response, and solution presentation to enterprise customers.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills (English & Spanish fluency required).
- Strong understanding of airfreight, road transport, and multimodal logistics across Mexico, NAFTA/USMCA region, and global trade lanes.
- Strategic thinking with operational pragmatism.
- Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on quality and speed.
- Advanced Excel, Power BI, and logistics modeling tools proficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global, and time‑sensitive environment.
