Ensuring shop floor discipline and managing disciplinary actions.
Acting in an advisory capacity to support employee relations managers.
Assisting ER Head in compliance and settlements (LTS & LTA).
Supporting digitization initiatives, shared services in ER, and HRIS implementation.
