Scope of work – Events

  • Provide on-ground support for all events & engagements

  • Negotiate for the most feasible & cost effective venues

  • Expertise in drafting event related communication- Theme, Invite, thank you letters, agenda, feedback form

  • One POC for suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment

  • Source, negotiate & coordinate logistical elements of the event

  • Estimate for an event budget and process invoices

  • Anticipate attendee needs and make arrangements accordingly

  • Manage post-event reports

  • Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success

  • Coordinate operations to ensure smooth delivery of every event

  • Supervise all staff on the day of events (AV team, hotel, caterers, artists etc.)
