Scope of work – Events
Provide on-ground support for all events & engagements
Negotiate for the most feasible & cost effective venues
Expertise in drafting event related communication- Theme, Invite, thank you letters, agenda, feedback form
One POC for suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment
Source, negotiate & coordinate logistical elements of the event
Estimate for an event budget and process invoices
Anticipate attendee needs and make arrangements accordingly
Manage post-event reports
Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success
Coordinate operations to ensure smooth delivery of every event
Supervise all staff on the day of events (AV team, hotel, caterers, artists etc.)
