Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities
The Manager, Events & Campaigns will lead planning, execution, and optimization of key CNIB fundraising events, stewardship and campaign initiatives. This role is responsible for developing high-quality campaign materials, coordinating donor stewardship efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of major fundraising events. Working closely with Philanthropy, Marketing, and Program teams, the Manager, Events & Campaigns will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing donor engagement.
Essential Functions
Events
- Lead the planning and execution of major CNIB fundraising events, including:
- CNIB Guide Dogs Pup Crawl ($100k–$150k)
- CNIB Guide Dogs Regina Gala ($150k) – support in 2025; lead in future years
- Winnipeg Art Auction ($70k) – support in 2025; lead in future years; eventual return to in-person format
