This role leads executive recruitment for Director/Senior Director positions within TA AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) region.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Drive and deliver quality executive recruitment experience with outcomes appropriately balanced across cost, quality and time to fill
  • Strategic partnering with People Leads and senior leaders to proactively plan hiring against critical needs to build relevant executive talent pipelines
  • Manage the partnership with executive hiring partners (when required) ensuring positive outcome and leveraging insights
  • Lead hiring assessment for internal and external candidates.
  • Build strong insights & understand for executive total package including long term equity, benefits and relocation
  • Provide insights on executive hiring and assessment for use by HR and business leads
  • Qualifications/Experience

  • Educated to degree level required with professional qualifications in assessment and hiring preferred
  • Experienced in managing/supporting executive level recruitment within executive search firm.
  • Additional corporate recruiting experience at executive level an advantage.
  • Proven ability in influencing at high levels of the organization
  • Experience of assessing capability using third parties and in-house tools highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external partner
  • Understanding of talent management and how talent acquisition enables great talent management
