Manager, Facilities

Overview

Reporting directly to the Commissioner, Engineering, Public Works & Transportation, this role is responsible for the delivery of high-quality facility services that meet community needs while ensuring operational excellence, accountability and a consistent user experience across all Town facilities. You will provide leadership and oversight for all Facilities Management activities, including building security, preventative maintenance programs, renovations and repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring the long-term health, compliance and optimal performance of the Town’s diverse portfolio of facilities, including recreation centres, Town Hall, fire stations, OPP detachments, libraries, works yards and other community-serving buildings.
