Job Description

Local / Plant Responsibilities (50%):
Manage end-to-end learning and development initiatives for the plant, including technical and functional training programs.
Identify factory learning needs through training needs analysis, performance reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
Design, develop, and deliver impactful training programs (classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, and blended approaches).
Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including tracking, reporting, and analytics.
Collaborate with factory leadership to align learning initiatives with operational goals and continuous improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory training requirements.
Drive skill development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and workforce capability.
Global Responsibilities (50%):
