Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
+ Managing monthly closure and ensuring all the reporting compliance
**Position Accountability / Scope**
+ Complete responsibility of Financial reporting and ensuring all reporting compliance as per company policies and as per local regulations (SEBI/ Companies Act)
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ This role is responsible for Financial Reporting of listed entity (Revenue ~6000 Crore) within Abbott as per the timelines as defined by Companies Act and compliant SEBI LODR guidelines.
+ Responsible for Critical Month End Reporting requirements for US GAAP.
+ Additionally, support Competitor Market Data Analysis, AGM Questionnaire for Board response, Branch Financials and audit compliance, Quarterly Balance Sheet Analysis and Review with Business stakeholders, Lease Accounting & Reporting, Quarterly profit estimation for advance tax computation.
+ Preparation and submission of month-end corporate reporting requirements and other relevant workings to be done on monthly basis as per corporate requirements.
+ Conduct US GAAP Soft close & hard-close audit and preparation of annual financial analysis to be submitted to corporate
+ Preparation of Quarterly / Annual Board Meeting Financial presentation deck of Abbott (Publicly listed Entity) including coordination with Auditors, Business and support functions.
+ Preparation of Annual Report Compilation (Financial and Non Financial) with multiple level reviews.
+ Preparation of Annual General Meeting detailed Q&A expected from Shareholders on financials.
+ Monthly, Quarterly and Annual variance analysis on Ledger, Functional Area and Nature level along with discussion with all stakeholders on possible reasons backed up with substantial evidence.
+ Responsible for Internal controls/ SOX/ ICFR for including support and review of internal audit done by KPMG, supporting corporate audit requirements and queries and SOX/ ICFR audit by EY.
+ Ensuring compliance on CSR obligation and keeping close watch on change in regulations and its compliance
+ Support business in analysing revenue contracts and suggest accounting solutions, support tax teams in response on taxation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
+ CA with experience of 5-8 years

Experience of 5-8 years
Worked in Financial Reporting role with exposure to compliance requirements related to Listed companies. SAP experience is a must.
