Overview

Our client is looking for a Manager Financial Analysis for a contract of 11 months.

Location: 1-2 days in office located in Oakville

Responsibilities

  • Act as senior analytics partner to Canadian sales leadership and global corporate incentive compensation team.
  • Own and analyze large volumes of sales and operational data; build clear KPI dashboards and reporting for sales leaders.
  • Work extensively with:
    • Market and competitive data (trends, funding, competition)
    • Patient Support Program (PSP) data (end to end patient journey, enrollment, time to drug start, challenges, new patient counts, on drug metrics).
    • Use external data (IQVIA, PSP) to challenge and coach sales teams
  • Collaborate with corporate head office on all aspects of incentive plan design for Canada
