Manager, Financial Crimes Oversight Testing

Overview

What is the opportunity? This role will conduct AML oversight testing on central AML functions and AML controls related to High-Risk Clients. This requires proactive participation with oversight scoping, fieldwork, and reporting. The role will be involved in oversight findings to relevant stakeholders as well as escalating issues to senior management, when necessary.

What will you do?

• Conduct regular oversight testing of the key AML controls in scope, ensuring all testing conducted aligns with enterprise standards
• Issue formal reporting on all oversight testing completed
• Conduct/maintain trend analysis of results of oversight/continuous testing
• Participate in the issue management process when issues are identified, providing effective challenge on action plans, and following up with issue owners to ensure issues can be closed within the expected completion date
