About The Position: Reporting to the director of finance, the Manager, Financial reporting will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements with clear variance analysis
• Mentor and manage a team of 3+ accountants, including performance feedback and hiring support
• Deliver external reporting packages, including covenant and quarterly reporting packages
• Work in collaboration with external auditors and support the year-end audit process
• Oversee the financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow activities for 2+ entities
• Maintain and optimize the ERP system and related financial reporting tools
