This strategic role involves acquiring and managing corporate partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Finance, and Rewards stakeholders, and enabling organizations to offer impactful financial solutions to employees. The role demands strong enterprise sales skills, business acumen, and end-to-end relationship ownership , with a focus on driving employee engagement, adoption, and sustained business growth.
