Join MHP India as a Manager for Fullstack this role is pivotal in defining technical strategy, driving architectural vision, and influencing engineering standards across multiple teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, mentor senior engineers, and ensure delivery of highly scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Architect and lead the design of complex, enterprise-scale fullstack applications using TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js (Java experience is a plus).

  • Define and enforce cloud-native best practices for AWS serverless solutions (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).

  • Drive technical strategy and roadmap, influencing multiple teams and projects.

  • Conduct deep architectural reviews, ensuring security, scalability, and performance.

  • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align technical decisions with strategic goals.

  • Champion Infrastructure as Code practices using AWS CDK or Terraform.

  • Lead initiatives for frontend performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Ensure observability, monitoring, and cost optimization for large-scale deployments.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proof-of-concepts for innovation

    To be well-prepared for your journey as a Manager – Fullstack, you bring along the following qualifications:

  • AWS Serverless Development (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB): 6+ years

  • TypeScript & Angular: 8+ years

  • Node.js for Backend Development: 6+ years (Java experience is a plus)

  • AWS Architecture & Cloud Design: 6+ years

  • Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK / Terraform): 5+ years

  • Requirements Engineering & Solution Architecture: 6+ years

  • Technical Leadership & Cross-Team Influence: 8+ years

  • Proven ability to set engineering standards, drive innovation, and scale systems for enterprise-level workloads.
