Key Responsibilities:

• Fundraising Deal Origination & Execution: Actively originate and execute fundraising deals for the Group's real estate projects. Develop and structure innovative financing solutions, leveraging expertise in financial modeling, pitch books, and information memorandums.
• Investor Relations & Due Diligence: Resolve investor queries and provide comprehensive financial data and analysis to ensure smooth deal execution. Actively manage and support investor relations efforts, maintaining up-to-date communication with existing and potential investors, providing project updates, financial progress, and addressing concerns.
