Manager Global R&D Project Management Office (m/f/d) - Location: Gijón/Madrid

What We Expect

• Act as program and project manager to define and drive to implementation key strategic initiatives with TKE R&D function (examples: support the definition of scope/team/schedule/communication plan for major product developments, work closely with the global Head of R&D to ensure execution of Transformation Initiatives, lead implementation of efficiency initiatives – e.g - global processes & tools)
• Lead temporary task-forces to solve issues/unblock roadblocks in key development projects, working together with globally distributed teams
• Consult, coach and train project managers, leaders and teams worldwide on project management best practices and product development processes.

Who we are looking for

• Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands‑on experience
