We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Global Reporting

In this role, you will:

• The Business Insights function is responsible for providing a comprehensive suite of MI to a number of key consumers covering Operations, Front Office, and regulators across all of the Markets & Securities Services Operations sites. In addition to supply of the information, the BI function provides value through insightful analysis and working with the business lines to ensure a forward-looking Insights and data strategy is in place.
• Responsible for delivering all centralised Key risk indicators, Key performance Indicators, Insights and Analytics across Markets and Securities Services Operations with accuracy and within SLA.
• To be a primary partner for Operations in the development, delivery, and implementation of automated and standardised KRI reporting
• To support in build out the future state construction of data store for KRIs/Client Reporting Metrics. To ensure data provision and availability is prioritised at a strategic level across asset classes
• To promote the use of standardised tools, techniques, and analysis methodologies across Operations. Ensure greater governance and quality around all enhancements and projects
• The incumbent will need to work closely with Operations and IT functions to ensure successful delivery of Key change and transformation Projects.
• Support Head of Business Insights and program manager on analytical assessments across other Manual Process value streams, in achieving project goals. Drive Continuous Improvements through simplification/automation of existing processes. Ensure controlled production of the KRI / Client reports with in the remit.
• Developing solutions in line with Strategic deliverables and focusing the MI on future state. Identify targets and deliverables across the short, medium and long term in line with the strategy and underlying principles

To be successful, you will:

• Expertise of MI/Analytics, Data Management, Business Analysis and Management Packs.
• Excellent knowledge & Expertise on Investment Banking Operations.
• A working knowledge of MSS processes and trade lifecycle - Expertise on Control/Risk/COO function
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving self-starter, with ability to champion and drive change
• Strong understanding of various functions, and business control processes
• Strong organisational skills – ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team and people management skills
