Manager- Graphic & Video Designer

Job Purpose

The Graphic & Video Designer should be passionate about design & video creation and will support our Learning & Development (Certified) team. The person will blend visual design and video production, focusing on creating engaging & aesthetic content (graphics, animations, videos) for digital/print media, ensuring brand consistency, and managing projects from concept to final edit. The graphic & video designer will use tools like Adobe Creative Suite to tell stories and drive training goals. Key responsibilities include designing assets, creating & editing footage, adding motion graphics/effects, collaborating with teams, managing different channels, and staying current with trends.
