What you'll do We are hiring a Manager, GRC Site Lead & Security Risk SME who will serve as both the local GRC leader and a Security Risk Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role owns day-to-day GRC execution at the site level while driving global security risk identification, assessment, and mitigation at a lead level. This is a people manager role, reporting to the Director of Security Risk Product Management. Responsibility Own and lead site-level governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities Act as the primary point of contact for all local GRC and security risk matters Translate enterprise GRC strategy into site-specific execution plans Lead end-to-end security risk assessments across applications, systems, and cloud environments Identify, assess, monitor, and report security risks across the enterprise Apply advanced risk scoring and quantification models (e.g., FAIR) Analyze risk data to identify trends, root causes, and control gaps Partner with Engineering, Security, and business teams to embed risk into planning and decision-making Develop and maintain risk dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting Maintain and evolve the security control framework, ensuring risks map to controls and business impact Provide clear recommendations on risk mitigation, acceptance, and tradeoffs to help drive risk reduction Leverage modern GRC platforms and automation (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, OneTrust) Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on security risk posture and decisions Lead and mentor local GRC team members; influence cross-functionally without authority Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic 8+ years experience in security risk management, GRC, or related fields Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field Proven experience leading site-level or regional GRC programs Strong background with security risk assessments, controls, and threat analysis Hands-on experience with risk quantification models (e.g., FAIR) Strong experience with GRC platforms and automation tools One or more certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CCSP, CTPRP, or equivalent Preferred Experience as a security risk SME or security architect Familiarity with cloud and SaaS environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience managing or mentoring junior GRC professionals Experience building risk dashboards and metrics (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
