Manager – Group Training & First Nations Programs

Overview

Maxima is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the national delivery of our Group Training and First Nations programs. As the Manager Group Training & First Nations Programs , you will lead the delivery, growth, and quality of Maxima’s Group Training and First Nations initiatives across multiple states and territories. By driving performance, strengthening partnerships, enhancing program consistency, you will ensure our services remain culturally safe, compliant, and impactful.

Working closely with the General Manager Group Training, you’ll influence national service delivery while responding to local workforce needs, employer priorities, and community expectations. This is a role for someone passionate about developing high‑performing teams, building strong employer and community relationships, and creating meaningful pathways for apprentices, trainees, and First Nations job seekers.
