Manager – Growth

At Cybertot, we are hiring for the role of Manager – Growth. At this junction, this is the most important role where the incumbent will be responsible for the overall business success. The role promises massive opportunity for growth, and heaps of learning where no two days are going to be same.

Core responsibilities:

·      Marketing - Liaise with the marketing agency on both strategy and tactical execution.

·      Revenue – Ensure financial goals are being met as per plans outlined.

·      Category – Increase the adoption of existing categories and understand the new ones which are most

desired by parents.

·      Engagement – User segmentation and crafting an engagement plan to increase customer lifetime

value

·      Customer Experience – probably the most important mandate. When customers are happy, we are

happy.

·      Growth – Develop a solid understanding of the customer needs and wants, and work towards

achieving it.

·      Product – Work closely with technology & design to guide new product releases, user testing and

monitor adoption.

The ideal candidate:

·      5+ years of demonstrable experience in building and scaling new categories.

·      Is well versed with all aspects of performance marketing including social, search, influencers etc.

·      Is comfortable with large data sets, combining performance marketing, in-app events to identify leaky

buckets as well as new opportunities for growth.

·      An MBA is preferred, but not mandatory.

·      Has a high sense of ownership and is comfortable with the entire 0-1 journey.
