About the role :
Manager - Growth and Monetization will be responsible for driving commercial revenue and partnerships across Jewellery brands (corporate & owner driven), as well as ideating, selling, negotiating and delivering fully integrated programs and value that will live across print, branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
This position will be responsible for generating revenue through the said category of clients driven by pure media buying across Print / digital as well as solution selling focused on branded content, digital, events, and exhibitions.
Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Director to create the revenue achievement strategy for the category
- Most of these are domestic brands with owner driven decision making. This resource will also be expected to have an understanding of the Domain including key industry contacts and events.
- Understand individual client needs and prepare solution-based packages that span across the digital, branded content and our on-ground offerings (events and exhibitions).
- Conceptualize new revenue streams and concepts and collaborate with the editorial, CNCC, and Events teams for seamless execution.
- To prepare digital & video plans and annual budgets for the Company and to monitor performance against these plans and budgets.
- Establishing positive business relationships with external partners, advertisers, and internal teams to leverage the full breadth of Condé Nast's offerings.
- This is a pure Business Development role.
- Successful track record of growing revenue, especially in branding, experiential (Events & Exhibitions), video and digital
This media consultant should come with:
- A media selling experience of min 7 - 8 years of working in the south market and have existing in roads with South based Jewellers (Kerala, Tamilnadu & Karnataka).
- The person should be of South India origin, be based in Kerala (Trivandrum ideally) and be able to converse with these clients in their local language.
- Should be deeply entrenched in their ecosystem with great connections at the owner level.
- Should have a deep understanding of the regional sensitivities and cultural nuances.
- Typically a media consultant would operate on a non exclusive basis but take on a revenue target against a fixed remuneration + incentive.
