Manager - Growth

Description

:We are looking for a Business Development / Growth professional from a digital agency background who can drive new business opportunities and contribute to the agency’s growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong existing network of brands and decision-makers and have hands-on experience in pitching, client acquisition, and relationship management within the digital marketing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities through existing brand relationships and industry networks

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients aligned with the agency’s offerings

Lead end-to-end pitch processes including brief understanding, proposal creation, and closures

Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to develop compelling pitch narratives

Build and maintain strong relationships with brand stakeholders, marketing heads, and CXOs

Track leads, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth initiatives

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.

Key Requirements

4-5 years of experience in Business Development / Growth within a digital marketing or creative agency

Strong existing network of brands and client-side stakeholders previously worked with

Proven ability to generate leads and close business in an agency environment

Good understanding of digital marketing services (social, performance, content, influencer, etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency setup

Good to Have

Experience working on multi-service digital pitches

Prior exposure to growth strategy or revenue planning

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
