Job Description

Responsibilities:-

· Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery, along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction

· Insurance Sales

· Oversight of team organizes resources, sets goals, calls out strategy from Executives and client on a day-to-day basis, and reports responsibilities

· To monitor and document the work schedule of staff and absences.

· Ensure that all audit-related issues are brought to a close

· Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in the process

· Coach & mentor Team lead, Assistant Manager so that they can manage their teams better

· Collaborate with internal teams.

· Ability to handle sales pressure

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong external and management reporting skills
