We are inviting applications for the role of Manager/Senior Manager – Mobility Process
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the strategic vision for global mobility operations.Align mobility strategies with organizational objectives and policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Operational Oversight: Oversee the delivery of global mobility services, ensuring compliance and efficiency.Manage the entire life cycle of international assignments, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation, relocation assistanceResolve high-priority escalations and manage vendor relationships. Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to optimize mobility services.Provide regular updates on mobility trends and strategic recommendations. Innovation and Compliance: Drive adoption of technology to enhance mobility processes.Ensure compliance with global mobility policies and legal regulations. 5.Continuous Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve the global mobility program to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field (MBA preferred).Relevant years of experience in mobility operations, with some years in leadership managing teams.Expertise in global mobility toolsUnderstanding of Immigration and compliance laws globally Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing large-scale mobility programs.Experience in managing vendor partners for Mobility Certifications in global mobility management or leadership. Key Skills and Attributes:
Strategic vision and leadership abilities.Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.Proficiency in mobility analytics and process optimization.
