What it’s all about:
 We are seeking a dynamic professional to serve as the Manager of the Housing Choice Voucher Program within our Leased Housing Department. This position is responsible for the cost-effective administration of the Housing Choice Voucher Program, including the tenant-based and project-based voucher programs, the inspections team, and the Centralized Waitlist for the Public Housing Authorities of Rhode Island (PHARI).

The Manager oversees day-to-day program operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, optimization of voucher utilization, evaluation of program performance metrics, and the development and implementation of policies and procedures in accordance with federal (HUD) and state regulations, as well as internal best practices.
