Role: Manager HR

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to implement performance appraisal and plans for improvement.
  • Tracks KPIs and aligns performance outcomes with business objectives.
  • Supports performance evaluation and assist with career development.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and aligned business objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations
  • Address employee concerns, resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to Managers and employees with their assigned business units.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    MBA HR or MSW, or any equivalent qualification.

    15+ years of experience in HR.

    Should be working in Power, Energy, Water Treatment, Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills.
