Key Responsibilities HR Compliance Governance Lead and oversee end-to-end HR compliance framework across the organizationEnsure adherence to all applicable labor laws and statutory regulations (CLRA, Shops & Establishments, Factories Act, PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, regulatory changes and translate them into actionable HR policies and processesStatutory & Regulatory Management Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, challans, and registrationsOversee compliance for employee lifecycle events (onboarding, payroll, exits, contractors)Manage compliance for outsourced staff, vendors, and third-party payrollsAudits, Inspections & Risk Management Lead internal and external HR compliance auditsRepresent the organization during labor inspections and regulatory inquiriesIdentify compliance risks and implement corrective and preventive actionsPolicy & Documentation Draft, review, and update HR policies, SOPs, and statutory registersEnsure proper mainten...
