Job Responsibilities
- Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services that include probation confirmation, employee transfer, redesignation, conversion of employment contract terms, retirement and re-employment.
- Responsible for driving HR system enhancement and projects that leverage on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
- Manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team.
- Ensure that the work processes are carried out in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and the documentation of these work processes are in place and kept up-to-date.
