About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Analytics Manager to lead a regional team in transforming HR data into actionable insights that inform decision-making. In this role, you will both lead and actively contribute - guiding the team’s day-to-day operations while designing analytics solutions, improving processes, and delivering high-quality reporting. A key focus will be transitioning production HR data into Vertiv’s enterprise data warehouse, ensuring scalable, accurate, and efficient reporting.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, mentor, and actively support a regional team of HR Insights Analysts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across Oracle HCM or other HR data platforms.
