We are looking for a Manager HR to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain and enhance the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage HR-related legal issues.
- Analyze HR metrics and report on trends to provide insights for decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools and techniques.

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A)
