Job Description
Looking for an experienced Manager – HR Operations to own and manage end-to-end HR operations for a growing, global workforce. This role focuses on process excellence, compliance, HR systems, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, documentation)
Own HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Handle internal mobility, role changes, promotions, and reporting structures
Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting, and process automation
Lead HR audits and act as escalation point for employee queries
Manage and mentor the HR operations team
Requirements:
8–15 years of HR Operations experience
2–3 years in a people management role
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, HR systems, and process design
Exposure to global HR operations preferred
