Purpose of role

As HR Business Partner, the role holder will be the primary HR point of contact for a business unit in DBSI. This role requires a proactive and strategic HR professional who can partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. The role holder will be responsible for driving the HR agenda including talent management, performance development, employee engagement, workforce planning.
