Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
Leads team of professionals in one or more of the following:

. Delivering first-tier HR consultation to managers and employees Director-level and below on a broad spectrum of HR programs and initiatives supporting HR best practices, employee relations, talent management and development, HR policies, procedures and regulation, compensation and performance management, communication and change management initiatives, global mobility, and other programs that support the business in achieving its objectives.
. Providing input on the configuration, deployment, content development/maintenance of systems supporting HR Solutions delivery tools or systems.
