About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR tech to manage and optimize our HRMS platform, leverage data for people insights, and champion the use of Generative AI tools in HR. This role requires strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and a passion for digital transformation within HR operations.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end configuration, workflows, and modules on Darwinbox (or similar HRMS platforms).
• Serve as the HRMS subject matter expert and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for enhancements and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of employee lifecycle data (onboarding, movements, exits, benefits, BGV etc.).
