Role Responsibilities:

Leadership Accountabilities

  • Subject matter expert for Workday functionality across apps, reporting and integrations
  • Release planning for supported modules
  • Key contact for Functional Business Leads
  • Works with Functional Leads to build product roadmaps and enables business strategy through Workday functionality
  • Management of HR Technology Team

    Manages team of Workday Configuration Specialists supporting multiple modules within Workday to include:

    Interviewing and hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation planning and work prioritization and support.
