Job Summary

Develops and implements Human Resources policies, procedures, and recruitment strategies. Originates Human Resources practices and objectives that provide a balanced and effective program across the facilities. Leads and oversees end-to-end recruitment processes and assists and advises senior management on Human Resources and talent acquisition matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies, objectives, and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Leads and oversees full-cycle recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interviews, selection, and onboarding, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.
