Job Description
We are hiring Manager HRBP for a Software Product company. This is an IC role with the following roles and responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Act as a change agent driving transformation, engagement, and performance.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, ER, performance, and succession.
- Provide HR advisory support on policies, compliance, and complex employee relations.
- Collaborate with L&D and cross-functional teams to deliver people initiatives.
- Experience in Employee Relations
- Global exposure preferred
