Job Description

We are hiring Manager HRBP for a Software Product company. This is an IC role with the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Act as a change agent driving transformation, engagement, and performance.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, ER, performance, and succession.
  • Provide HR advisory support on policies, compliance, and complex employee relations.
  • Collaborate with L&D and cross-functional teams to deliver people initiatives.
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Global exposure preferred
