Job Description

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, providing full cycle of HR support to the organisation. This role will work with business leaders and HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) to execute HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues.
  • Provide advice and guidelines on interpretation of HR policies and procedures spanning across manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
  • Collaborate with HR CoE and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Lead in people engagement initiatives and activities (e.g. Employee Engagement and Pulse surveys)
  • Support organizational development strategies such as change management, team building and coaching.
